From the beginning, movement has been a driving force in my life. I grew up playing and practicing activities that expended lots of energy and did little to nothing to help restore it. Seems natural in our youth. As I transitioned into adulthood I felt at a loss as how to connect with my own health and well-being. Having injuries and patterns that compounded in my early 20’s creating a state of overall dis-ease in body and mind. I struggled to find a daily practice, something to connect with in a rhythm that worked for me.
In 2014, I had the fortune of meeting my teacher, Michael Vasquez, and began my training in Shibashi Qi Gong. The practice became my personal medicine, as I explored the fundamentals of Change, Balance and Motion.
After several years of personal practice with Qi Gong, I decided to take a deeper look at the gifts of Transformation Arts. I began a teacher training program, an ongoing study of the principles of connection, alignment and balance with the changes of life. Developing sincerity, desire to heal & mind/body/spirit connection. I hope to share these teachings as a process of experiential learning with the community
