A mat class that focuses on moving through the Pilates repertoire to create flexibility, strength, mobility, and better posture. A variety of props are used to create a fun and challenging workout that is never the same thing twice! Beginner/Intermediate.

Dynamic Stretching with MJ
9:00am - 10:00am

Join MJ Edge in a class that is never the same exact thing twice. Use your body's own strength to create resistance as you stretch in a way that must be felt to be believed! This is an extremely effective way to both strengthen and stretch the muscles, as well as lubricate the joints.

WednesdaY

Barre with Molly
9:00am - 10:00am

Molly teaches a fun, challenging Barre (pronounce “bar) class that is a mix of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. This is a lean muscle building workout that will leave you feeling energized and empowered! You will find muscles you didn’t know you had.

Vital Movement with Laura
10:30am - 11:30am

We have combined elements of stretching, strengthening, and postural realignment to bring you a simple program that will create ease of movement as you go about your life. Improve your flexibility, mobility, strength and posture and rediscover the joy of supple movement. Learn how to fix foot pain, joint pain, reduced range of motion, and poor posture. Enjoy moving through your day with ease!

Yoga + Pilates with Diane
5:30pm - 6:30pm

Diane teaches a completely unique class each week, based on the students' needs. Join her for a wonderful blend of Pilates and yoga that will give your body a complete tuneup! Melt away muscle tension,  strengthen and lengthen and leave standing taller. 

Thursday

Power Stretch with MJ
10:00am - 11:00am

This takes the work from Dynamic Stretching to the next level. More focus is required from the student as we work faster and deeper in each stretch and increase the repetitions.  

Friday
