Pilates Mat & Props with Laura
9:15am - 10:15am

A mat class that focuses on moving through the Pilates repertoire to create flexibility, strength, mobility, and better posture. A variety of props are used to create a fun and challenging workout that is never the same thing twice! Beginner/Intermediate.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Shauna 
10:30am - 11:45am

Follow Shauna through a dynamic yoga flow that will build flexibility and mobility as well as improve your balance. 

Tuesday

Dynamic Stretching with MJ
9:00am - 10:00am

Join MJ Edge in a class that is never the same exact thing twice. Use your body's own strength to create resistance as you stretch in a way that must be felt to be believed! This is an extremely effective way to both strengthen and stretch the muscles, as well as lubricate the joints.

Hip-Hop Line Dancing with Charity
5:30pm - 6:30pm

Toe Tappin' Tuesday is a class offered for the dancer in you. This is a class where you can learn Line Dances to Hip Hop and R&B from all over the world. Perfect for all types/levels of dancers. Have fun, learning some of the latest moves from the comfort of your own town!

Country Line Dancing with Charity
6:30pm - 7:30pm

This class offers everything that's done country music style, no partner needed. Learn dances that are being taught, not only in our region but also world wide.

Wednesday

Barre with Molly Falllon
9:00am - 10:00am

Barre (pronounced “bar”) is back! We are happy to introduce Molly Fallon and her new barre class beginning Wednesday, January 16 at 9am. She teaches a fun, challenging class that is a mix of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. This is a lean muscle building workout that will leave you feeling energized and empowered! You will find muscles you didn’t know you had.

Vital Movement with Laura
10:30am - 11:30am

We have combined elements of stretching, strengthening, and postural realignment to bring you a simple program that will create ease of movement as you go about your life. Improve your flexibility, mobility, strength and posture and rediscover the joy of supple movement. Learn how to fix foot pain, joint pain, reduced range of motion, and poor posture. Enjoy moving through your day with ease!

Yoga + Pilates with Diane
5:30pm - 6:30pm

Diane teaches a completely unique class each week, based on the students' needs. Join her for a wonderful blend of Pilates and yoga that will give your body a complete tuneup! Melt away muscle tension,  strengthen and lengthen and leave standing taller. 

Thursday

Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Sarah
6:00pm - 7:30pm

Vinyasa Flow Class--All Levels--Beginners Welcome
A vigorous ninety minute class linking asanas (poses) with breath.  Beginner to advanced modifications will be offered for all poses and sequences.  This class will build strength, flexibility, balance and focus.
