Join Kaitlin Chester, Barre Instructor, for a free Barre class! Come at 9:00am to learn the basics of this vigorous workout and then put it into practice in a one hour class. Kaitlin incorporates Pilates principles mixed with traditional Ballet and Yoga positions set to music. And if you're not sure about joining in, feel free to come observe!
