FREE Qi Gong Class with Peter Lundeen

Come try out a free Qi Gong class with intstructor, Peter Lundeen on Monday, March 26th from 6:00pm - 7:00pm

About Qi Gong

Shibashi Qi Gong is a foundational practice for anyone seeking to restore balance and harmony to body/mind/spirit. Moving with awareness, we tone and balance our entire being and learn to extend these states outside the class. The practice allows us infinite ways to work with the limitations of injury, stress, and trauma. Explore your personal capacity to transform quality of life, find release and relaxation as a part of your daily practice.

About Peter

From the beginning, movement has been a driving force in my life. I grew up playing and practicing activities that expended lots of energy and did little to nothing to help restore it. Seems natural in our youth. As I transitioned into adulthood I felt at a loss as how to connect with my own health and well-being. Having injuries and patterns that compounded in my early 20’s creating a state of overall dis-ease in body and mind. I struggled to find a daily practice, something to connect with in a rhythm that worked for me.

In 2014, I had the fortune of meeting my teacher, Michael Vasquez, and began my training in Shibashi Qi Gong. The practice became my personal medicine, as I explored the fundamentals of Change, Balance and Motion.

After several years of personal practice with Qi Gong, I decided to take a deeper look at the gifts of Transformation Arts. I began a teacher training program, an ongoing study of the principles of connection, alignment and balance with the changes of life. Developing sincerity, desire to heal & mind/body/spirit connection. I hope to share these teachings as a process of experiential learning with the community.
